All diamond choice menus include antipasto w/homemade bread, vegetable dujour, potato, coffee/tea/cold beverage and homemade dessert. Chooses between 2 of the following entrees.

* Baked Virginia ham w/honey mustard glaze
* Eggplant parmesan
* Roast beef au jus
